Scott Morse

Scott Morse was born in 1977 and raised in Belle Chasse, Louisiana. He went to school from primary through high school in Belle Chasse, graduating from high school in 1995 and attended 2 years of college at Holy Cross from 1996-1997. In 1998, his father, Frank Morse, approached Scott about needing someone to take over his business as he aged and asked if he wanted to be a part of it. In 1999, he took the job. From day one, his father started grooming Scott to be able to manage the business as Frank had always done.

Scott got a real good start on knowing the ins-and-outs of the business because in his summer years of grade school, he would clean up the job sites and work odd jobs to make extra money. This actually familiarized him with many of the job materials. Many changes have had to happen in the way he does and views business over the years. He has learned how to get the best from people regardless of what their motivation may be.

Scott Morse has been an active member of the Home Builders Association for a little over 5 years. His second year in, he was voted to be secretary and has steadily climbed the ladder to his current status with them as the President of the HBA of Greater New Orleans. His background knowledge of construction takes him from dog houses to strip malls. He has managed many different business models and is extremely comfortable in construction.
